It was such a busy and fun Easter weekend! Two days of the kids being nap free has me welcoming work tomorrow though! We had a sneak peak of Easter at Grandma Moore's on Saturday afternoon, then today we had our own Easter bunny stuff, church, Mark and Karen's house for the Huggins Easter, and then Ryan's parents'. Backing up to church...we were running late (shocking, I know) so I had the brilliant idea of going to FBC since it's so close. I thought it would be fun to see Grandma and Grandpa and Bob and Mona there. The kids were excited to go to a different children's church, too. Well...G&G and Bob and Mona had gone to the 8 o'clock service, they didn't have children's church, and they had 13 baptisims. (no, not a typo!) So awesome that so many people got baptised, but all on one day, and the day that we had to have the kids in service with us, a little much! Needless to say, we made it an hour in the packed, hot sanctuary, then the kids were done. We left as the sermon was starting. Well, we tried! Now we're coming down from our sugar highs and craving anything but ham! Even with all of the busy running, we just love the time we get to spend with our wonderful families. We are so blessed to be near them. The kids will never know how very lucky they are to know their great grandparents so well. They were so wrecked this evening when we finally got home! And to top it off, Will ended up with a fever. He didn't feel great all weekend, but we just thought it was alergies. Maybe not, bummer! We're off and running again next weekend with Sam's 3rd birthday party! Can't wait!
